Désiré started the TILT Creative Podcast out of frustration of not seeing more branding professionals actually helping people. 

Yes there are brand consultants who have written books, blogs, and more, but not a lot of them actually tell you how to get this stuff done. Désiré does, because she believes that this information should not be kept secret, and that there is enough business around the world to keep us all fed and happy. 

The Entrepreneur Spotlight segment started when she wanted to tell the stories of real entrepreneurs, the regular people you see in the supermarkets, and in traffic; not the stories of celebrity entrepreneurs. 

These entrepreneurs are the ones keeping the industry alive, propping up economies and feeding and sheltering their children. They are helping their communities and each other. That’s what she wanted to highlight and has successfully done that with this podcast segment.
